Prometeon Tyre Group, a global manufacturer of tyres for the commercial, agricultural and OTR sectors, announces three new appointments that will strengthen the company's top management. Additionally, to accelerate the Group’s commercial expansion and consolidate its positioning in key markets, a new Global Commercial Division has been established.
The company has appointed Francesco Antonacci as Chief Commercial Officer, Federica Boscolo as Chief Human Resources Officer, and Antonio Melone as Chief Manufacturing Officer. All three managers will report directly to the Deputy General Manager, Liang Yuan.
With this reorganisation, which enhances the leadership structure and leverages cross-functional skills, Prometeon aims to face new challenges and support growth and innovation.
Francesco Antonacci – Chief Commercial Officer
Francesco Antonacci, who has served as CEO of the Europe Region at Prometeon for over three and a half years, assumes the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). He holds a degree in Economics and has held positions of increasing responsibility, initially at Pirelli then at Prometeon. As head of the new Global Commercial Division, he will lead the Group’s worldwide expansion, strengthen relationships with all global customers, and identify new growth opportunities.

Federica Boscolo – Chief Human Resources Officer
Federica Boscolo is the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, she will aim to ensure the centrality of people within the organisation and align the human resources strategy with business objectives. Throughout her career, she has held numerous roles in human resources, gaining extensive experience both in Italy and abroad. Holding a degree in Diplomatic Sciences and International Relations, she began her career at Pirelli and has been working at Prometeon since 2018.

Antonio Melone – Chief Manufacturing Officer
Antonio Melone has been appointed Chief Manufacturing Officer (CMO). He brings solid international experience in the manufacturing sector, having worked for leading companies including Loro Piana, Magneti Marelli and Whirlpool. At Prometeon, he will be responsible for operational and production efficiency at industrial sites, with the aim of strengthening the Group’s competitiveness in the market.

From 18 to 22 November, at the international trade fair in Lyon, Prometeon will showcase tyres and services designed for French fleets.

Prometeon will take part in the 2025 edition, which will be held in Hanover, Germany, from 9 to 15 November 2025.
