Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics states the general principles of transparency and fairness inspiring the conduct of Prometeon Tyre Group business. The Code of Ethics describes the objectives and values to be complied with in relation to the main stakeholders with which the Group interacts


Code of Conduct

Prometeon Tyre Group Code of Conduct sets forth company best practices and behaviors, in compliance with laws and regulations in force in the Countries where the Group operates, to prevent situations which could potentially result in commitment of crimes. Behaviors best practices define “do’s” and “don’ts”


Organisational Model "231"

The Organization and Management Model is a document provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001 and it is part of Prometeon Tyre Group supervisory infrastructure. The Model is a key guide for employees and third parties with the aim to prevent crimes and malpractices. The implementation of the Model “231” is monitored by the supervisory board of the Group


Whistleblowing Procedure

The Group provides its shareholders, employees, suppliers, customers and stakeholders with a channel to report events which could directly or indirectly cause economic, financial or reputational damage to Prometeon Group companies, such as acts or omissions which constitute or may constitute a breach or inducement to violate laws and/or regulations, principles of Prometeon Tyre Group, Code of Ethics or its policies.
