Das Webinar Feedback Gym, eine der GET FIT-Initiativen, hat mir wirklich die Augen geöffnet. Mir ist dadurch deutlich bewusst geworden, dass konstruktives Feedback zu geben und zu erhalten in einer Organisation sehr wichtig ist. Anstatt sich den Kopf darüber zu zerbrechen, was die Kollegen oder der Chef denken, einfach nachfragen. Wenn man weiß, was die anderen denken, kann man seine Zukunft kontrollieren und steuern
Was GET FIT mir gegeben hat, sind MÖGLICHKEITEN. Nach der Schulung hatten wir die Idee: Alle Schulungserkenntnisse aus der Sitzung zur Namensgebung einsetzen und das Brainstorming nicht nur auf die am Projekt beteiligten Personen, sondern auch auf die Mehrheit der an der GetFit Creativity-Schulung beteiligten Personen auszuweiten
