«لقد ساهمت الحلقة النقاشية عبر الإنترنت والتي كانت تحت عنوان "صالة التعقيبات"، إحدى مبادرات برنامج GET FIT التي حضرتها، في فتح آفاق فكرية جديدة لي. لقد أدركت كيف أن تقديم التعقيبات البناءة وتلقيها يمثل تحديًا، ولكنه من الأمور المهمة للغاية لأي مؤسسة. فبدلاً من سؤالي عن رأي زملائي أو رئيسي، يمكن أن تكون العبارة بكل بساطة، إن معرفة ما يعتقده الآخرون يمنحك القدرة على التحكم في مستقبلك والسيطرة عليه».
