El seminario web Feedback Gym, una de las iniciativas de GET FIT en la que he participado, realmente ha abierto mi mente. Me di cuenta de que dar y recibir un feedback constructivo es un reto, pero muy importante en una organización. En lugar de cuestionarme lo que piensan mis compañeros o mi jefe, simplemente preguntar, saber lo que piensan los demás te da el poder de controlar y tomar las riendas de tu futuro
Lo que GET FIT me ha dado es OPORTUNIDAD. Después de la formación, se nos ocurrió la idea: utilizar todo lo aprendido en la formación en la sesión de naming, ampliando el brainstorming no solo a las personas implicadas en el proyecto, sino también a la mayoría de las personas que participaron en la formación GetFit Creativity
