Prometeon nonetheless reserves the right to take legal proceedings in country other than Italy, to protect its interests or to enforce its rights whenever it deems it appropriate to do so.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Prometeon Tyre Group warrants to the original purchaser of any vehicle on which Pirelli and Prometeon brand truck tyres are supplied as original equipment or as replacements, that the tyres will be free from manufacturing anomalies and material defects that render the products unsuitable for the use for which products of the same type are normally used.
